Our Temple houses inner and outer layers, the Spirit, our digestive system, endocrine system, respiratory system immune system and more all interwoven within and out of us. An assessment helps by pinpointing where certain aliments may lie as well addressing and what to do to manage them.

A sacred garden that houses over 100 herbs where you can get an herbal consultation and leave with your very own personalized herbal prescription. Orders can be picked up or delivered
