Online Training Program

Online training programs are written specifically for you. We plan out your personalized program after gathering initial screening information on your current training, nutrition, goals, and history.

This work format includes your very own Excel sheet for your online training program, video review, online, and progress analysis. This coaching plan includes weekly progress updates, unlimited email access, ongoing feedback and recommendations, and updates to your programming as needed. I work with you and modify your training through the various ups and downs that are a part of life. Because of this highly personalized coaching relationship, communication is critical to maintaining accuracy on your goals and ensuring that you get the best service possible. The commitment to training in this manner is two months, and then you can remain on monthly auto-billing afterward. Upon review of your form,  we then discuss how we can best work together.

Online Coaching

Online Coaching works differently than the online training program. Online coaching: you, the client, and I train remotely via the following but not limited to Zoom, WhatsApp app video calls, and Google Hangouts. This would be like any other personal training program, except we work remotely. Your goals can very much be accomplished with little to no equipment.

Group training:

Tag a friend along on the fitness and health journey with you. Get gains and grow stronger together. Group Training is also an option and takes place as well virtually. Training is scheduled for 45-60 minutes.
